My mom need assisted living for the last 18 months of her life, and she strongly disliked the large facilities with dozens or even hundreds of residents. Fortunately, we found Crestview Assisted Living. Each of their buildings holds 10 residents, plus a live-in caregiver (caregivers work three-day shifts, so the residents get a chance to become familiar with them). My mom loved her caregivers, and appreciated the home-like atmosphere of her building (Maple Grove). When you enter the building, you see a kitchen, living room, and eating area; the bedrooms are in two wings; each bedroom has a toilet and sink, and there's also a full bath in each wing. I'm very glad that we found Crestview.
