Our sprinkler system had a number of problems but Jerome worked long and hard on very hot days to remedying the issues. He was very thorough and clean in the process. He was very open to answering questions which helped us to understand the process. Thank you Jerome!! Sprinklers inc. lucky to have such a great employee!!

They set-up an appointment. They did not show-up. They did not call. They did not follow-up. Cost me 2 hours of vacation. Sprinklers still broken. Guess they have a lot of business, 'cuz I was screwed by them.

He was extremely thorough, carefully explaining what needed to be done and then expertly executing necessary repairs.
