They got blind mom, with dementia, to sign up for a month, sayings Medicaid would pay for it all. Lie!! Now they will not release her life necessary meds.

My wife has been a patient three times now at Colonial Columns for rehab and we both feel very comfortable with the nursing, CNA and rehab staff and the service provided.

I was recently recommended Colonial Columns Health Care for my mother. After having my mother in there for a couple of days, I found that their food was not fit to eat. She went to bed a couple of nights hungry. She needs a walker to get around and I found out that a walker was put on an opposite wall. This 83 year old lady had to get out of bed and crawled over to get to her walker. There was not even a nurses call button for her to use. She is not getting her medication in a timely manner. They were even going to take her to dialysis, which she does not need, on another day. One time while she was out of her room, probably to therapy, an old oversized mattress was put on her bed. All this mess has happened over a 4 day period. I am looking for a new short term facility for her.



I would not recommend this place at all if you have a family member that you care about
