They did a fantastic job on our over-sized custom shower doors, and came back to adjust the doors a year later at NO CHARGE! They've also custom-made shelves for audio components as well as tops for bookcases. We'd recommend them to any homeowners looking for custom glass.

But forget it if you have a small order. I have tried to make 2 orders through this company. The staff is friendly enough, but they lost my first order, and the cut was off by an inch the time. All in all, it took me three weeks to get a piece of mirrored glass the size that I ordered.I figured that may have been a one time thing so I tried them again recently. I was told that my glass was scheduled to be cut last Friday, I called to make sure they were on schedule, and was told yes. I stopped by at 4:30 Friday and my glass wasn't cut. They said it was now scheduled for Monday, and they would call when it was ready. After I heard nothing from them Monday, I called them on Tuesday. The person I spoke to was very polite but said she couldn't find my paperwork in the shop and would have to call me back. She never called back. I called them today, Wednesday, and was told that I was scheduled for this coming Friday. I canceled the order.

Several years ago, I had City Glass install a set of unusually sized glass shower doors in my bath room. My wife opened the doors one morning and they shattered on her. ( this is years later ) I called City Glass and they assisted me in replacing them; even hauled off the broken glass and all in a very timely manner. This morning I called City Glass again, this time to see if they could repair a window screen for me. This screen was not made by their company. I called several window companies that would not repair it but City Glass is happy to help me. The lady on the phone was very personable, professional and accomodating. ######Thank You City Glass.######Frank Hunter
