Maybe it's me, but it seems like the food and the service is going downhill. Even if they're not busy, it takes a waiter a looong time to get to you. They'll be walking right past you, knowing they haven't been to your table yet and they keep on walking.

The quality of the food seems to be going down as well. Their chicken tortilla soup is very salty. If you get a salad, the lettuce is wilted. Whatever you do, do not do take out from this place. The food is even worse. It seems like they keep the most gristly meat and the ugliest, ready to die, lettuce for the "take out" individuals.
