They have every thing a contractor in Hvac would need. Knowledgeable counter people. Whenever my company personnel go in CD JONES has the parts at reasonable prices with a good warranty which allows me to service my customers faster so I can move on to the next job. They also provide good training on the products they sell which improves my bottom and gives me a happy customer.

These guys are a joke. They run their business like they think they are the mob. Needed a capacitor and they refused to sell to me because I wasn't a HVAC contractor?? Well guess what? I just got done ordering the part online and it will be here in a few days. That old fashioned business model doesn't work anymore Charles and you will be going out of business soon. All you achieved is losing out on a sale that ended up going to a company that actually wants to make money. Bye CD Jones, your time appears to be coming to a end.
