The food here is great especially for a chain restaurant. We come here often and are never disappointed.

We have eatin at Carrabba's all around the country for ten years. I am so dissapointed in Colorado Springs the service and the food was terriable , we wont give up on carrabba's but we will get up and walk out next time our server has purple eyeshadow and is a smartass..... worst expierence we have had with carrabba's!!! We sat at the bar waiting for our table and we should have sat there for dinner, for the bartender was much more inviting ...........

I love this place. It's not your everyday italian place. There's the huge open kitchen that you can see and hear the entire time you're there. It's very exciting to see the flames and hear the sounds as you sit and eat. Aside from the ambience the food is very good. I personally enjoy the stuffed chops. But they have traditional favorites as well. However, if you want my personal fave it's the Pasta Weesie (sp) Lovely fetuccine alfredo topped with lemon butter shrimp. SOOO GOOD! There is usually a wait in the early evening but after the initial rush I've never had to wait.
