I recently was in a fender bender and caliber was recommended to me from a friend, bottom line paint work was beautiful!!!! The customer service was top notch and they painted my mirror for no extra charge.

Great company that acted professionally, courteously, and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this shop to anyone. The employees are great and very professional. I took my husband's truck in for some repairs and they matched the custom paint perfectly. They were very good at apologizing...over and over and over again. I was rear-ended by some lady in a parking lot. She had Geico and I was instructed to go to the Global Collision location for an estimate so her insurance could take care of it. Although MY insurance company suggested I take it to Aubra for repairs, I didn't listen - I thought it was convenient to handle the repair right then and there. Big mistake. I was asked to pick up the car 3 times, and had to reject the car all three times due to errors I found in the quality and repair. I even had to bring it back a 4th time because they failed to tighten the screws that held my bumper on and there was overspray on the bumper that I couldn't remove on my own. It felt like the workers in the back didn't treat the cars like their own and just slapped the work order together so they could move on to the next case. The manager and case handler were nice and very good at apologizing for each mistake, but why make so many mistakes? It's a waste of my time and theirs. To this day, I have no idea how a brand new bumper can be scratched the moment they bring it to me for pick-up. And the (headlight de-polarization cleaning) gift they gave me was of such poor quality, I'm sure I could have done a better job on my own with one of those auto store kits. All in all, it was a bad experience. The people in the front were nice but continuously apologized for the awful workmanship from the people in the back. No need to apologize if it's done right in the first place, right? I cannot recommend Global Collision.

This place "global collison" sucks. I would never recomend this place to any one I like. The repair was good but the service and management was a joke. I give 0 stars to global collisin

I took my new 2011 Chevy Camero to be fixed and the repairs were supose to take 2-3 days. I went to pick up my cat 3 times and each time there was different damage or runs/sags in the paint (not to mention dust & scratches)! I gave the 3 chances to fix my car and each time was a disaster! I finally on day 7 said no more and took my car to a different repair shop. The original estimate for repairs for my car was just over $800 & after the additional damage Global Collision caused it is now over $2200! I was not only without my car for an entire week on a 2-3 day repair but now I am out a lot more money because they did not fix my car right and they created more damage. They will stand there when you point out an issue and either say they don't see it or say they did not touch that part of the car (even though they completly repainted that entire part of the car!) I took it to another shop that saw the damage right away!!! I did not even have to show them! DO NOT GO TO GLOBAL COLLISION!

This company was referred to me by my insurance company. When I got my estimate done here they were wonderful! However, then I put my vehicle in the get fixed here. They started off by telling me that they had all the parts so it wouldn't take very long. They hired an outside company to do the hail damage and that part went great. Then, they realized that they needed one more part. However, they don't have enough credit through the car dealerships to order it. My vehicle sat there for two weeks without them touching it. Come to find out they didn't even have the first parts they needed and had lied from the beginning. The guy I talked to on the phone about it hung up on me when I started questioning him about all of this. The fourth estimated date for me to get my vehicle back is today so we will see. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

First, my car was towed there with a full tank of gas and returned to me with less than 1/4 a tank.Second, they told they would have my car done by no longer than the date they gave me. However, I never recieved a call and called the day before the "at the latest" date. They said my part wasn't in yet and would get back to me when they found in when it would be there. Again, never recieved a call. It took a few more times of me calling for updates and days past their several promises before it was ready. Considering Geico is my insurance and this is where they recommended makes me wonder if they really know what's going on at this location.

We sent our car to Global Collision to repair front end damage. They have now changed the completion date 8 times, and of those 8 changes they only bothered to call us once on the day we were supposed to pick it up. There have been 5 times we called the day before and were told the date had changed, and the last 2 times we had to call the day of to see what time we could pick it up and were told the date had been pushed again. There have been 5 different occasions we have left messages for their mechanic to call us back and he has actually done it once. On the occasion he did call back he lied to me. I have yet to see what the quality of their work is, since it has taken them a month to replace a bumper. I question the competence of their mechanic, and their customer service and profesionalissm leave a lot to be desired. I would not recommend their service to anyone. No Stars!!
