The first time I had a really nice woman who did a great job. The second time I had who I assume was the boss. She was extremely rude, even argued with me about the color. This last time it was a man, he was nice but did a rushed job. He missed the side of almost every nail. Most of them look like they are popping up. When I asked him to fix it he tried, but not much he could do to fix because it was how he placed the tip. Nothing about them looks natural. Also, I don’t know why they even bother making appointment when they don’t honor the time. I called because they closed in the next few hours. I wanted to make sure they could get to me before driving out there. He told me to come in 30min before they closed. Then I waited 40min before they even started on my nails(I wish they had just told me they didn’t have time). When the boss left she turned of the tv and music. So it was just me and him sitting in awkward silence. Spend $50 to be very disappointed.

Best Nail Spa ever!! Ann is the best but everyone here does a great job!! I have been coming here for several years and always have the best experience!! I bring my daughter, sister and friends here!! I highly recommend the Pomegranate or the milk and honey pedicure and the hot stones are wonderful!

My mom and I got basic manicures and pedicures and really liked how skilled and efficient the technicians were. It was a bit crowded because of the holidays and everyone was rushing, but it was overall a pleasant experience and our nails look incredible!

LOVE!! Had an incredible experience at this salon tonight. It was my first visit and was really blown away. I got a gel manicure and hot stone and lavender pedicure with gel polish. It looks beautiful and my pedicure was just what I needed after a super long day at work. Thanks ladies!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in to have my eyebrows done and an employee named Lu-Ann ruined them. She didn't ask before cutting them down, but did make a point to keep commenting on what she did not like on my face. HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I told her that I was very unhappy with the job, she attempted to make it my fault and told me that my eyebrows were thin when that wasn't even the issue that I had with the work that she did. All she had to do was own it and apologize and I wouldn't have even felt the need to submit this review. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

I get nails done here all the time. They do an amazing job.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are very friendly! My issue that my nails always pop off around the edges when I get them done here. They also don't wax all the hairs off when I got my eyebrows waxed. The lady at the front desk who checked me out didn't use my coupon, but insisted she did. I have never gone back. Still on the hunt for a decent nail salon in the springs.

My family and I have gone to Broadmoore Nail Salon and have been highly satisfied for nearly 7 years. Our three daughters have taken their bridal parties there,relaxed while gentle care was given to their feet when pregnant and our little grandaughters go for mini mani's! CLEAN, CARING, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Always ready to serve you very nice. Prices are not too bad kinda of in the Medium range... nice and clean..

I get pedicures several times a month at Broadmoore nail salon. They are very busy and, although they make every effort toaccomodate walk-ins, it's a good idea to make an appt. (especially on weekends). Excellent service and quality, the hand-drawn nail designs are exsquisite and I've never had a bad tech. I recommend the salt scrub, definitely worth the extra $5! The only (very minor) complaint would be that the calf and foot massages are not consistent with the techs. You may get a great one one time and a so-so one the next time. If you find a tech whose massage you really like try to schedule specifically with that person. All in all, I've been to many nail salons and I'm very pleased with this one and will continue to go back.

Iam from California, my friend took me to Broadmoor Nail Salon 831. I have been in so many nail salons,but I really liked their services and quality here. If I come back to COS, I would come to this nail salon again.
