I was refered to Ms. Hawpe for my daughter for her substance abuse. I made an appointment with the receptionist for the following week. The morning of my daughter's appointment, I received a call from Ms. Hawpe's office informing me that I needed to reschedule because there was an emergency with Ms. Hawpe. I rescheduled my appointment for 3 weeks later, which was her next avaliable opening. My daughter and I made it to the second appointment only to find out that we were not on Ms. Hawpe's schedule. Needless to say we were very upset. The only way they were able to resolve this matter was to reschedule us for a third appointment. I did not reschedule and would not recommend this office because the are very rude and unorganized.
