omg there is a company that shows up on time and the drivers are clean and truck are very clean.... Brandon was the driver and the dispatcher knew every thing about my car and where I was at, my insurance company called out another towing company and they did not show up,, but bears did and on time .... thank you guys

I locked my keys in my car and my roadside assistance company called Bears Towing to come unlock my door. I was told they would be there in 90 minutes. After an hour, I got a call from roadside assistance telling me Bears cancelled. They didn't say they were tied up and would be late, they just decided after accepting the job that they didn't feel like completing the job. Very unprofessional
