I called Around The Clock Plumbing at 6:08 PM for service regarding a clogged drain. I was told they couldn't send anyone to my home tonight. I guess they no longer provide "around the clock" service. I will NOT use this company in the future!

Amanda helped me understand the various options and best use of promotion coupons available. She was very professional and understanding in working around my business schedule. "Wes" arrived on time and explained what needed to be done after searching every nook and cranny of this turn-of-the-century historic landmark to ensure the best approach to solve the problem. He took extra care to protect the flooring throughout and did a thorough clean-up job. I am very pleased with their services and have them scheduled to do some bath remodel work in our home as well. I highly recommend Around the Clock Plumbing/Colorado Springs for Quality Service.

The technician that came out was courteous and professional and explained to us exactly what the problem was and quickly fixed it. He only charged us the $45 service charge which was less than what some of the other plumbers were going to charge just to come out and take a look. Another thing I like about this company is that they don't charge extra for weekend service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I work with contractors on a daily basis and I would recommend Around the Clock without reservation for both the service provided and the rates they charge. Anthony was very knowledgeable and Amanda's customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. I was referred to ATC by a friend when I purchased my home in Security a year ago. I have had them do all of the plumbing for my home since and have since referred them to many other friends. Shannon and Amanda own the company and they have been nothing but good to me. I asked Shannon for a quote to replace the orangeburg in my front yard and he was originally off on the quote for the permits and called me back to give me an even lower quote. This speaks highly of his integrity. Most companies would have stuck with the higher quote just to get more out of you. They are always on time, very kind and helpful. They know what they are doing! Making a appointment with Amanda is easy and they are very accommodating with your schedule. They don't rake you over the coals with higher pricing for evenings or weekends. I'm a single mom who works full time so that alone is a God send. You will not go wrong trusting Around The Clock for ALL of your plumbing needs.

Anthony was dispatched to my home by Amanda who was polite courtesy and very sweet in setting my appointment conveniently for my schedule. Anthony brought professionalism, integrity and knowledge. He asked questions and gave instruction that was useful and easy to follow. Anthony was clean, and neat. His customer service skills were impeccable. I highly recommend Around the Clock!

I called at 8:30am; spoke with AMANDA - she was/is great! The response time was impressive - - ANTHONY arrived a little after 10am. He is very talented - did a very thorough job, taking time to explain the process and the results. I will never use another company for these tasks - - the quality of the people and the work is unbeatable.

I have used Around the Clock several times at the house for different issues with my plumbing. The service people are extremely knowledgeable and very well mannered. They have always arrived when they said they would be there and that is very important to me as I have to leave work to meet them at the house. The prices have been more than fair and reasonable. I was ready to call this company, but I checked them further; found out they have a customer complaint in their record.

GREAT PRICES, HONEST AND FRIENDLY. I recently had them out to service my sewer drain after calling everyone in the yellow pages for prices. Their price was OVER $50 less and I was very happy with their service. They were able to get me scheduled in quickly. I will be using them again for all my future drain needs... Call them you will not be disappointed.
