We were more than pleased with the service Jack with ARA Technologies gave us. Our Panasonic 2003 Flat screen TV had died. He came out and replaced a fuse and it is working like new. He gave us an estimate over the phone for the repair, and charged less than his estimate. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is definitely the one to call if repair is needed on your TV. He came out the same day I called him.

If you want reliable and honest Big Screen repairs call ARA Technologies. Jack gave me excellent same day service. Talked with me through the whole repair (replaced convergence chips) and gave pointers to what he was doing and why. He then cleaned, vacuumed insides and out, then polished the mirror, projectors, adjusted the focus and did a fine convergence tuning. My TV is like new! Fine job Jack, thank you for your great service.

Great service! Jack is above the rest when it comes to customer satisfaction and quality work. We needed to have the convergence chips replaced on our rear projection TV and googled for a TV repair in COS and found Ara Technologies - the biggest reason I selected him was because he had no complaints and was a member of BBB. I am glad I choose him for the repair and would recommend him to any of my friends or co-workers. Jack not only did the job, but spent additional time fine tuning the TVs memory, testing resistors, cleaning all the glass surfaces and verified the cable connections! Awesome service. This is where all your Projection TV repair business should go. Serviceman was prompt, courteous, and skillfully answered all questions regarding the TV failure. An estimate cost was given over the phone. The problem was correctly diagnosed and rectified. He also fixed existing configuration problems that limited the functionality of my TV free of charge. 1 Year warranty on repair and in this case I received same day service. The repair was cheaper than any other business I called. Give this small business your business. I am 100% satisfied.
