Seriously the worst business I've ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!
Bought what was supposed to be a brand new washer & dryer. Have had nothing but major issues with the washer, had to have it repaired by the manufacturer while it wasn't see the 12 month warranty. Now the factory warranty is out & I can't get them to repair it under my extended warranty I bought from Appliance Factory Outlet. I get the run around & told to call 3 different places, which all said they have no extended warranty with me. One place they told me to call told me they don't do business with AFO because they are crooks, scam people & rip them off. I spent almost $3,000.00 and don't have a washer that works & don't think it was actually brand new like it was supposed to be. I feel ripped off & scammed. Don't do business with them they will rip you off or sell you bad appliance. Read the reviews!! This is truly a bad business. I called their Presidents line & Corporate & got no calls back. I can not warn you enough about this place.

This was my first time shopping at Appliance Factory. I had called on the phone looking for a certain model of washing machine and dryer price shopping. I spoke to Brandon, He suggested that I come into the store and assured me his prices would not be beat. When I got to the store he was very knowledgeable and had already pulled up everything with prices and availability plus the option of an open box dryer that ened up saving me almost $100! I don't have any experience with purchasing appliances form these guys, but I have purchased PARTS to repair my appliances multiple times. They have great prices and the parts have always been in stock. The customer service has been great. The not only look at the computer to to see if the item is in stock, they go back and hold it in their hand to make sure.



Every time I have called them, they have always been cheaper (sometimes by a little, sometimes by a lot) than the other parts house in town. I just bought another part from them today, and I wouldn't hesitate to by parts here.

THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURNS unless the manufacturer authorizes it. I bought a brand new LG WT1001CW washing machine that doesn't clean clothes well at all. I immediately contacted this store and asked them to take a return and they said no, even though the salesman, that they fired shortly after my purchase, assured me that I could return it before my purchase. LG sent repair people twice and said that the machine was working to factory specs. I am now stuck with a machine that doesn't clean. I am going through tons of lint remover stickers to remove the pet hair, soap residue and lint that this machine leaves behind. APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET AND LG HAVE NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!!

I am very pleased with the service I have been given with the Appliance Factory outlet. I have picked up a refrigerator, dishwasher and a mattress from them. I truly feel i have been given the best deal possible on these items. The manager has spent hours trying to straighten out some problems with my Brand source card. Where others would have given up he tried harder to help me out. Super nice and friendly guy who is really there to help you out. Kelly helped me find my dish washer and mattress. Was very helpful and informative on the products. He really did get me outstanding prices on both my items. Great friendly guy. I did have some issues with receiving phone calls i was promised and getting ahold of him with some questions on the phone but they are very busy and I completely understand. I definitely don't hold it against them. I will be going back to get my appliances in the future. i still need a few things. I don't understand some of the bad reviews they get. This place really is doing a great job, go in and find out for yourself. When you do shop around find the prices at Lowes, Homedepot and you'll see how much better there prices are. also look for the manager or Kelly they will definitely help you.

Week has past since we paid for new fridge, still not delivered told it was to be here 4 days after we bought it. Took numerous calls and finally to be delivered 10 later. No call backs for salesperson and barely after manager was involved. I would do lower but they wont let me, No customer service at all, no ethnics

If I could rate them lower than one star I would. Bought top of the line SAMSUNG dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. 4 months after I had them delivered the refrigerator lower ice maker wouldn't shut off the water and subsequently my kitchen and basement were flooded. Went to the store and they gave me a number to call. Repair guy came out. Looked it over. ordered parts, took pictures of the damage. next day I call the repair place and they tell me its the stores responsibility to fix the damage. Store says its repair places job. took 10 days of phone calls before I finally got the sales manager. He checks into it and calls me back says that I have two choices, sue them or call my insurance company. After the sales they have poor customer service, the owners hotline is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They will do anything to get a customer but then they won't deliver on time, they don't call back- STAY AWAY.
