I had warranty work done on my Trax at Al Serra South. The service advisor, Ben, and the service tech, #297465 (Michael, I think), were outstanding. They had my car done in 30 minutes, answered all of questions and were both so polite and professional. I will definitely be back and request both of them to do any work I need done.

I know this will not make any difference at all. I have only bought 1 new Chevy but have bought 6 new vehicles in the last 17 years. Have around 1/2 million miles on them. I have spent more money on repairs to the Chevy than I have on all the other new vehicles combined. I understand things happen and I can get a car that things go wrong on.



I do not want to complain about the my Chevy. I want to let you know that Steve in service convinced me not deal with Al Serra any more. In fact my next car will not be a Chevy. He told me that a 10% military discount coupon I received from an email from Al Serra was for active duty only. Even though it does not say that on the coupon. He eventually did deduct $21.35 ((10% of the service bill). Then he added $15.95 to the service bill (nice practice). He then told me he would not honor any more coupons sent to me by Al Serra by email. Same email address I get the surveys in. Steve even place a note in my service record telling everyone there not to honor any coupons from me. This is from a visit to Al Serra Chevrolet on 10/7/15.

I took my truck in for its first oil change and was pleased with service I received. Ben Johnson was very helpful and informative. I ended up putting different tires on also. He was very helpful in helping me pick out which tires would be good for winter. I will definitely return for all services!

It's always a pleasure haggling with the Al Serra dealership. Since this is the 4th new car I have bought from this dealership I seem to get preferential treatment and a great deal although they definitely make me earn it.

Very satisfied with the my experience. Showed them the vehicle I wanted and the price range I was willing to pay and they made it easy for me!

Didnt care about what i had to say my sonic was doing told me it was normal for a rough idile and for it to lundge while stopped at stop signs or stop lighs. They took for every to fix the check engine light issue of a cam shaft cover and then when called 3 days latter and told my car was done they didnt even tell me what work was done to it and when i picke it up no service writer explained anything to me i was just directed to the cashier where i could get my keys and paperwork absolutely worthless would not recommend anyone go there for any kind of services

They will take your money and not fix the problem. Liars!

Friendly people. Took my car in for an alignment. Work was complete when they said, for the price they said. I had to ask for the actual sheet reporting the results. I had to look to discover the SAI front left is still not in alignment. Yeah, they're friendly - they just either intentionally or unintentionally took my money without doing what they said they'd do. Stay away.

If you enjoy the usual experience of lying schyster hard-selling salesman, followed by dumb looks when you bring the car back 2 days later because you discovered "everything", as they claimed did not, in fact, "work great on the car", then by all means shop Al Serra South. The people here will not dissapoint. Remember - it doesn't matter what comes out of their mouth. You sign an 'as-is' contract, they don't even know you as soon as they have your money. Even though the salesman said 'and don't worry - if anything isn't perfect, bring it in and we'll make it right'.
