My daughter's timing belt broke on her car. We took it to a private mechanic he replaced the belt, but it wouldn't idle. Then we took it to a dealership and they said it needed a tune up and did not even look at the timing. We then took it to Bill at Al de Mark and within a few hours he had diagnosed that the timing was off. He charged a reasonable cost to get it adjusted and her car runs fantastic now. Thank you Bill we really appreciate your honesty and willingness to find the problem.

I've been taking my cars to Al De Mark for nearly 20 years, and have always been completely satisfied. They do what they say they'll do, give accurate estimates, and almost always make repairs the same day. They've always taken my car immediately when there's an emergency, and are swift and accurate diagnosticians. They remember me even when I haven't been in for a while, and drive me home or to work when I need to leave my car with them. I've referred other people to them with confidence, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. You can trust them.

I started using Al De Mark Auto for a few simple maintenance items a few years ago and was very satisfied with their knowledgeable and courteous staff. Being female and having little knowledge of automobile mechanics, I have always felt skeptical about walking in an auto shop for assistance. That is - until I went to Al De Mark Auto. Bill and his staff are great at explaining, in terms I can understand, exactly what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. I have called Bill a couple of times with concerns and have driven right down and been served on the spot. I have had them work on three of my cars and am very satisfied. They get the job done quickly and are very professional. I will not take my cars any where else.

I have been using their repair service for over a decade. They have a mechanic, names changed to protect the innocent "Steve" who will fix your car and do it right, I have sent this man customers that are not disappointed, they become return customers. They tend to be a little more expensive then the average shop, however, that cost is offset because they fix your problem, the first time, so that you are not returning and wasting time and money.
