Provided by YP.comWent in this morning for an estimate on some hail damage. Was told I would have to want a month and 1/2 to get an estimate from them. And she couldn't even schedule the appt for an estimate because her computer was down. Her customer service skills were lacking to say the least. I felt they weren't even interested in trying to get my business. Their lose because I have a total of 3 cars that are in need of repair due to hail damage.
