Any but true to it's company name, Prestige Services rips unwitting consumers off, including elderly people, without blinking an eye, through such discount companies such as Groupon. They have a history of not fulfilling all their requirements as written on these "deals", but have no problem adding on extra service charges and performing services not requested. Additionally, they will not refund charges when the consumer disputes the hidden costs.

Bought through a living social deal and the deal clearly states on the living social page that it included the main line, however I was charged $80 to clean the main line. I called the company and pretty much got the response of 'I think you got a good deal'. Well it may have been a good deal but it was not what the living social website says was included. Living Social was great in taking care of me, AAAA Prestige Services, not so much. I would not recommend.

I recently purchased a Living Social deal with this company. The techs that came out were so respectful and took the time to go over my system and explain how it all worked. This was the first time in awhile i didnt wake up all stuffed up. I will definatly be calling them back for other services.

These guys did some awsome work at my house today. I was thinking the carpets were a loss but wow!!! I know who im calling next time
