Okay with one issue

I was happy with how quick they came to fix my tv. the only thing that I did not like was that I was told the the $150 initial call out fee would be put towards the expence and when I got the bill the gentleman informed me that the $150 was a labor cost. Basicly the $150 does not go towards a persons charge it get's added on. He was here for about 20minutes that it took to fix my tv. $150 labor cost for 20min of work was a bit excessive in my book. Otherwize the tv works and we are happy. Warrenty is acceptable.
