The owner is a complete jerk!!! He did some work to my car that was not authorized and when he was called out on it, he said "well I will just take the part off of the car and fail the inspection and you can go elsewhere". All over $80. I think it's funny how his whole attitude changed when my spouse walked in there. He was trying to take advantage of a girl who knows nothing about cars. I then over heard him say "when I called her she said it was her car now he said it is his car". Well, the guy is my spouse so why would that be a problem? Why would it be a problem if a random person paid for it, as long as it was paid? WOW!!! I have NEVER witnessed someone wanting to ruin their reputation over $80 of unauthorized work. AND on top of that, my window is broken. But I won't have them fix it. Good Riddance Balch Alignment. You suck!!!!

They performed some welding / frame service that most every other shop did not want to touch. The owner is intelligent and well spoken. He explained what needed to be done and how he would achieve the repair. The shop got my Jeep in and performed the service in one day (as opposed to "you'll be without your car for several days" from the one other shop that would have done the work)



I am very pleased with the work they did and for the price that was charged.

I trust no one more than this organization.
