Cassidy and Tyrone did a FANTASTIC JOB cleaning the carpet in 2 bedrooms and our staircase. They were very professional, polite, and thorough. (Work Order 39871) They are good ambassadors of A-1 Steem It. Look forward to employing their services in the future.

They were cheap, fast, curteous and did a fabulous job. Stains I didn't believe would come out came out. I just couldn't help myself and had to leave a nice size tip. If you don't know who to do go to, go to A1 they will treat you right!

Called last week to set appointment, told male owner I didn't have a lot of money and I use their business quite often, but I just needed a strip through my daughters playroom and a circle around my coffee table done before her birthday party this sat, he said once the techs got there they may could get the price down as low as $30. He also said he put a bunch of notes in the computer. They came, looked at the areas, said they would have to call their boss. She told them it would still be the same price for 2 rooms. $99 That was their minimum price. Now no furniture had to be moved, it was just two strips. I talked to her after they left and explained to her what her husband had told me, she says he wouldn't have told me that, really? Then I told her that I wouldn't be using their business in the future, her response "please don't". And referred me to some other businesses? After I've used them for 3 years? I was not rude to her at all and that's how she treated a Loyal customer? WOW

Called a1 to come out and clean my home. 2 nice young fellas arrived and did a wonderful job. The technician, a tall skinny guy with a northern accent was very professional and polite. Will be recommending them to my friends.

We needed our carpet cleaned and used A-1 Steem two Texts came out to clean our carpets one had a brace on his hand this is the one that worked mosiy on our carpet when they findly finished after 4 cigarets breaks I though the carpet looked good until it dried .once it dried you could see drity streaks where it looked like he went across once or dirty hose or dirty water.will not call them again.

Did an awesome job on the carpet throughout the entire apartment. The staff were very friendly. I will be using them again and recommending to anyone who needs stuff like this done. KEEP DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB A1 STEEL IT!!!

Highly recommend! They removed stains from sick cat that were over 1 year old and did a beautiful on the whole house. Also hired them to clean my mother's carpet when she sold her home, and again, was extremely pleased with the results. The carpet looked brand new!

I was 110% satisfied with there service. The team that came to my house ian and stacy were the nicest most helpful people they knew all the answers. When they were done my carpet looked brand new. They seemed to work very well together.and I never felt out of the loop they kept me informed an everything they did. I would highly recommend a-1 steem it to anyone.
