Do not EVER use this contractor (his name is Billy). He is a con-artist. He will take your money, use cheap cheap materials, steal your supplies, and never finish the project. I cannot stress enough what poor poor work he will do while smooth talking you out of more and more money. He came back into my yard when i was not home and stole stuff out of my shed. (neighbors called the cops) He does NOT have a license or insurance, but will promise a copy every time you request it. An absolute crook!!!
