I waited at least a year to write this review.

We had (and still have) an awful experience with this company and in particular, with Alex who seems to be the owner. Our agreement dates back to 2019.

It's 2nd part of 2021 and the monument construction has not even started. The company also refuses to refund us.

Excuses range to somewhat reasonable to plain BS. The owner doesn't feel well, the weather is bad, the engraving company is not providing services, the funeral home restrictions to name a few.

Alex only reachable if we use someone else's phone. He would answer as he things it's new business. Other than that, he ignores most of the messages. To those he does reply, the answer is either he needs more time or he will get back to us within a week or it's someone else fault.

We called a number of companies to verify at least some of his claims about material issues and were assured that while there are some delays, it may take just few extra weeks but not two years.

A pathetic, disquieting THIEF, that's the only name I can call you. Our family member has passed and you literally taking advantage of us. It's been 2 years and there is no monument on his grave.
