Beloved kitty had to be put down on an emerengcy round midnight. Girl who answered phone was nice, sympathetic. When I arrived, no one was there to open the locked door, I kicked it and knocked then rang the doorbell, yes, probably annoying, but it was an emergency. Finally Jan answered and UNPLEASANTLY. She was annoyed and bothered and asked me if I had an appointment? I would have left right then, but had to put him down immediately. Jan assisted me (paperwork) and was cold, rude and unsympathetic. I would have left again but was desperate. She kind of came around later when they put him down, but too late. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! They charged 75.00 for consultation fee (didn't need to be consulted and NEVER saw or spoke to the Dr. There was another assistant who was nice. But DO NOT GO HERE.
