The owner here is very rude. Gives different quotes for repair and the final cost would be different. If you ask for explanation, you would be treated like a dumb guy. I had my car battery replaced here. 2 months down the line, my wheel suddenly locked out on me on 385 at 60 MPH. I took ti toyota showroom and they told me that whoever installed the battery didn't put in properly and that's why it is jumping out of the slot and the cables connected to it came into contact with other wire circuity which caused shut down. Long story short.. they don't even have skilled labor for installing a battery properly.. but has a loud mouth for mis treatig customers.. Going with one since they don't allow negative rating..

This group has been doing my work for years. Always stands behind their work and products. Had a batch of tires that didn't hold up as long as they thought they should, so they replaced them!! Couldn't ask for any better service.

Im new to Collierville and I needed a place to get my car looked at. I first went to what I knew which was firestone but the people in there cut me off and were just jerks. I walked out and searched on my phone which I came across the only high score rating which was this place. I called them ahead of time and the main guy Mike I think was super cool and told me to come right in. I went in and they saw me right away and determined my problem which I had to come in the following day to fix. Since they wanted me to come in the next day they offered for me to wait to pay for the work I had already had done til the following day. What an honor system! I decided not to wait and pay for it anyway although they insisted it was no big deal.. so awesome! So I went in the following day and my part hadnt arrived yet and they were flustered that the driver hasnt shown. They were so courteous to apologize perfusely and were on the phone constantly getting his ETA. I had no problem waiting though. The man finally shown and they had me good to go in no time.



Needless to say I was more than pleased and know I will use them if I have any issues going forward. Their prices are average but for them...its worth it!

I have had a great experience doing business with South Tire. They have helped me a lot when it came to purchasing tires for my vehicles. I recommend them to my friends and I will always go back again.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge at South Tire. They worked very hard to help me find the most economical way to address my tire issue. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was wonderful!
