They installed brake pads on my 09 Altima. I had purchased the pads from amazon.com. Amazon did not deliver the right parts. While Raleigh installed the pads the best way possible, they never reported to me that the parts weren't right. I found that out months later. I wish they conveyed that info to me before installing.
