We had a large group visiting Memphis from Minnesota and had a flat tire, because of a giant hole that needed a plug and internal patching, we were referred to Gateway Tire. The moment we walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. The facility was extremely clean with a nice waiting area, even the bathrooms rocked. They served delicious popcorn with beverages. They got us in immediately to repair the tire. I noticed their tagline said, “Anything other than Fanatical Customer Service is Unacceptable. Prior to getting there, we said a little prayer for our tire. The outcome was beyond anything we could ever fathom, because of their fanatical customer service! My brother, owner of the vehicle got choked up because of how well we were treated by Mike and Wally at Gateway tire. I want to shout from the mountain top if you ever in need of work on your tires and are within a 100-mile radius, figure out a way to give them your business. You will experience fanatical customer service and be smiling for days.

Summary: Over 3 hours for an oil change ($42) and was told there code machine wouldn't read my car so there was nothing they could do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Long Version: Was having some stuttering and transmission issues with car so brought it in at 7:30 for an oil change and diagnostic. I was told at 11:15 that my oil change was done and that the code reader couldn't read my car, they thought it was something electrical and there was nothing they could do for me. Also that will be $42 dollars for the oil change.

Business just opened a month ago and it shows. I went in to get my Tires Mounted and Balanced on Trailer Wheels. Staff is very inexperienced. They did not know that most Trailer Wheels are Lug Centric (centered and balanced via lugs). They had a special balancer for this, but staff seemed unsure of how to use, could not find a common size adapter for the machine and just shrugged there shoulders and said "Oh Well, guess we can't do it." I Talked to the Assistant Manager and he was Unapologetic and did not offer any kind of explanation or discount for not being able to balance the wheels correctly. Poor Customer Service!
