Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company! I had dropped off my car with the agreement that they could perform the repairs in two weeks. Three days later I receive an email telling me to sign an open ended work authorization that says if I don t pay them they keep my car. There is no written estimate so they could hand me a bill for 20k or some ridiculous number and then keep my car if I did not pay. You would have to be an idiot to sign this form. To top things off they have not even started the car as they are trying to scam the insurance company out of more money. I called them with my concern and they were very rude. I informed them that I am coming to pick up my car and the tell me fine but don t ever bring your cars to us again .

Jennifer and the crew at Lone Star Collision are professional and exceptional in their service! I just had my car repaired due to a parking lot collision and it looks great.

The quote was performed by Jennifer and took only a few minutes. They worked directly with the rental car and insurance companies to make sure the process went smoothly with as little inconvenience to me as possible.

The time estimate for completion was exact. I was kept informed via text messages during the entire repair process.

Lincoln and his staff did a terrific job on my conversion van. He went out of his way to work with me in cutting the cost without compromising the finished work. He also went out of his way to clean up several other areas of the vehicle without without charge. It was completed ahead of time and under the projected cost. I was very pleased with the result. I hope that I never need a body shop but if I do, I will certainly go to Lone Star.

These folks are terrific. From the time I first walked in until I drove away with my car they were extremely gracious and helpful. I've had several cars in body shops over the years and never remember being as pleased with the work. Looked great and they blended the paint so well I can't really tell the difference. They were recommended by my insurance company but I will not hesitate to use them if I ever need body work again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the work! After my F150 was hit by another driver, I took it to 4 shops for estimates. Lone Star was the most detail oriented and had numerous favorable reviews on-line. Jennifer, Lincoln and the folks there were extremely dependable. They followed up with the insurance company to have all expenses covered, made sure the correct parts were ready when I took the truck in, and had it ready when promised with a cleaning inside the truck as well! The body work is fantastic; I can't find a single flaw or determine where the factory paint stopped and their painting begins. Hope I don't need anymore body repairs in the future, but if I do, there is no doubt I'd go back to Lone Star again.

AMAZING COMPANY-Lone Star Collision in Colleyville has to be the BEST BODY SHOP in the Mid Cities area. We have (unfortunately) had to have a few repairs done. Every time has been wonderful. They are professional, honest, keep you informed of the repair status, and do not try to take advantage of you. My experience has been that most of the reviews you read online are by disgruntled folks (whether justified or not!). It is not everyday that most of the reviews you read are as excellent as they are for Lone Star. Folks typically do not take the time to commend a job well done. They tend to just spend the time to complain. I am glad to spend the time to share my POSITIVE experience with this company. If only all business were like Lone Star!

It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer and Lincoln. I had checked out one other body shop to fix the hail damage on my 4 Runner, but knew that this was the right place after speaking with Jennifer about the problems at hand. Walking in the door, there was just a good feeling about Lone Star Collision. And my instincts were right. They were honest, up-front and worked well with the insurance company issues. And!.... my 4 Runner was *clean*, inside and out when I picked it up. I appreciated that very much. I have already mentioned to several folks about this place, and will do again so given the opportunity.

AMAZING! I dont know how anyone could not love this business! So happy it was located near me! I almost want to wreck my car just to go back and get the feeling that Im getting fantastic service from a family owned business who cares! Someone must have gotten mixed up, because a bad reveiw for this business? I DONT THINK SO!

I like to think I am somewhat of a car aficionado and meticulous about my vehicles. Got several quotes from other shops but they did not seem realistic. After checking the other shops out through Internet reviews, I found Lone Star had the best reputation; at least in my opinion after reading lots of reviews. Remember, you get the work you pay for! I took my Mercedes E-320 in to Lone Star on 6/11/12. I was there 5 minutes and was assisted by Lincoln, Customer Representative. He was friendly, professional and told me exactly what was involved to repair my car. He soon gave me a written estimate. No games or fast talk. He also called me immediately when he obtained the paintless dent removal man's quote for me. Lincoln kept me informed about all the issues that were involved throughout the whole process. I also met owner Jennifer. She is a nice lady and is also customer friendly. Got the car back on 06/14/12. WOW! Excellent work. Lone Star came through. My car was brought out to me washed and it looked great! Lincoln went over exactly what was done and showed me the work. I was extremely happy. Lone Star will now be my shop for future work if I ever need any on my vehicles. Pricing was excellent. I highly recommend Lone Star and will be sending anyone who is seeking a recommendation for a good body shop to them. If you use Lone Star, you won't be disappointed. Lone Star Collision is a 5 star repair center. Jennifer, the owner and admin chief did an outstanding job for us. Our car was completed on time and looks fantastic. It was also detailed upon pickup and hasn't looked this good since we bought it years ago. Hats off to Lone Star Collision!

Five Stars may not be enough for this company! Exceptional client service. Work was done on time and under the estimate. Honesty, Integrity and Quality of workmanship are three words I would use to describe Lone Star Collision in Colleyville. It is very refreshing to find a company like this. While one hopes that trips to the body shop are not frequent, I know now where I will go when those times occur. No hesitation at all recommending this company.

The folks at Lone Star in Colleyville were the silver lining I found after wrecking my almost new car. Jennifer made me feel like I was their only customer that day. They give a level of personalized customer service that I thought was extinct! My car looks better than ever, and was detailed like new when I got it back.

I took my truck in for an estimate at a couple of body shops and immediately Lone Star stood out above the rest. I am one that really appreciates personalized and friendly service and that's exactly what I got from Jennifer. From the very start she told me that she would handle everything from dealing with the insurance company to making rental car arrangements and she did exactly that.



When I dropped off my truck the paperwork was ready and within a couple of minutes, Enterprise was there to pick me up. During the time my truck was being repaired, not once did I have to call and check on the status. Jennifer CALLED ME and kept ME informed which I really appreciated. She also called me the day before my vehicle was ready, set up a time for me to pick it up and made arrangements with the rental car company to pick up their vehicle at Lone Star so that I didn't have to go out of my way to return the vehicle there. I was very pleased with the work they did on my truck.



This by far was my best experience with any service on my vehicle and I will definately recommend them to anyone who needs their service!

Lone Star Collision repaired our van. They were very professional and helpful. When they gave us the estimate it was lower than the other estimates and they also gave us an estimate for the rental. The other collision businesses gave us a five day wait for the van to be finished and Lone Star finished the van in three days. They did a wonderful job on the repair. They have a great business and we highly recommend them to our friends and our family.

I used Lone Star for some paintless dent repair after one of our many hail storms. They were absolutely wonderful! The people that work there are great and they were so helpful. They worked with me to get my truck done super fast and the results were perfect! I will definitely use them in the future for any work needed!

We needed a rental car and they called the rental company and had them come and pick us up so we did not have to worry about the whole situation. We were kept informed about the whole procedure.When it was time to pick up the van it was in beautiful shape and extremely clean on the in side and out. I would not hesitate to use them again.
