Horrible, mail lost , packages lost all the time letters lost . I usually go and complain , ask them to please be careful but they don't seem to care. My other block neighbor has come to bring packages that were left at her address for me. Today they left s package for another address by my door and Igave been calling them so they pick it up but to no avail they don't pick up the phone . Shame on you manager of College Point post office

mail guy never comes, I have ordered things and more than not it comes late, "no one was home", or it goes out for delivery at 830 and by 2pm its ready for me to pick it up at the post office. why did you send it to not give it to me? everyone I have spoken to on the phone is rude and their answer is to come in and pick it up, that defeats the purpose of having it delivered genius.

The College Point USPS is the WORST. The delivery men do not ring the bell and you always end up picking up the packages yourself.
