Provided by YP.comIt took twenty minutes before the electronics department picked up their phone. And then when i asked them if they carried ink for a 6500a plus printer the representative could not give me a comprehensive answer. After asking twenty one questions he told me that their printers were out and were in transit. Idid NOT ask about the printer....Iasked about the ink for the printer. Then i was placed on hold so he could get the right information about the ink and then was sarcastic on the phone as well. I wont be shopping here ever again. I called to save gas and ended up getting a headache.
