I was actually in the car wash less than 30 seconds. Spent 6.00 on the gold wash to get nothing. Went to the oasis next door the guy says my car was too dirty to go through that car wash. Isn't that what car washes are for? He then walked away and didnt even offer to refund my money. Never again

i.e., A locFirst and foremost, I highly recommend Oasis Car Wash in Coldwater, MI. I had 3 cars to get detailed and there was an accident with the first car. They called right away and explained exactly what had happened. The owners and managers met with me to assess damages and assure me that they were going to make it right. They went above and beyond to make things right; such as rent an Impala (same as the damaged vehicle) instead of a cheaper economy car, assist me in rotating the other 2 cars for detailing, (which is a 35 mile round trip) and after the repairs were complete, the Impala was detailed at no charge. So I decided to check out the 3$ car wash at oasis, and had the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash. My escalade had a little dirt on the back from driving on a dirt road, and some dirt from my shoes on the running boards, and was not really even dirty, so i figured a quick once over from a machine would be nice. I went on a Sunday around 130pm and when I asked for the 3 dollar wash, he insisted I purchased a $12 car wash. I said the $3 wash would be good enough and then asked if there were towels for use or purchase, and he said "HELL NO". Then even though he was standing there with a sprayer, he refused to spray the dirt off of my running boards. After I ran the car through the wash, I came back around and asked him why he didn't spray off my running boards, and he said it was because I didn't get the $12 dollar wash. He was very confrontational and rude. I told him he should put $3 NOT car wash because your car is still dirty after going to oasis. I went across the street to the other place that has a $6 wash, and when I told them that I just came from oasis, they washed my car for free, and didn't have a problem washing my running boards with their little sprayer.



Save your money and just got to the other car wash place, even though they did not towel dry my car there, they have soft water so it didn't leave streaks on my black paint job.

Took a brand new car to wash and ended up with water spots and streaks everywhere after spending $10 on the self serve wash with lots of spot free rinse. Called to see if they would run it through their automatic wash and no answer. Horrible. Will never spend another $ there
