We recently had T.Webber to our property to repair a leaking sink. Because we were selling our home, it was important to get someone out right away before our inspection. The office was able to get a plumber out the same day I called. The plumber was neat, polite & thorough. He even wore little shoe covers! Very impressive. I will definitely be calling T.Webber again when I move into my new home!

I can't say enough good things about T. Webber. I hired them to complete a heating job that another plumber started but pretty much abandoned when he couldn't figure out what the problem was after two visits. At that point I was compeltely fed up with getting the run around and just wanted my boiler fixed. I called around to a few local companies - but was most impressed with T.Webber's office staff, and their ability to get to my house in an expedient manner. Sure enough, their plumber arrived as scheduled the next day (imagine that! Someone who comes when they say they will!). He took time listening to me explain the situation, asking me questions, and inspecting what was already done to "fix" my problem. After some extensive testing, he figured out what my problem was, had the parts delivered to him onsite as to not waste time and fixed it that same day. Yes, T. Webber was more expensive than my last plumber. But you know what? They actually fixed my problem and dealing with them was a breeze. I guess its true, you get what you pay for. T. Webber is a professional outfit. I'm happy to found a plumber that knows his stuff and appreciates the meaning of customer service.

I called T. Webber because my whole house was backed up, they had a technician over to my house in two hours, he fully diagnosed what was going on with my main sewer line, a couple of hours later he had cleared the line and also stuck a sewer camera down the line to make sure the problem would not happen again. The technician wore shoe covers and used drop cloths. These guys are true professionals, the office staff is also very friendly. Thanks!!

I will not be calling them for anything for sure. I called this company as it was near my home. My shower drain needed cleaning. When I called, despite my multiple attempts to get a quote on phone no estimate was given ( other plumbing services were able to tell me how much it will cost on the phone =150 $ ) The company send a person and after seeing my drain told me there are hair that needed to be removed and it will cost me 305 $ ( Double the Charge ). I was charged 63 $ just for inspecting the drain, when i told them it is too much and I don’t want it to be cleaned by you. I called other company (CHEAP SNAKE ) , they charged me 150 $ , came on 30 minutes notice and was out of my house in 15 minutes. Webber plumbing and heating are overpriced, they don’t tell you how much it costs on the phone so that you call them in your home, and in order to save time just to get job done from them and pay double the amount. They claim that they are licensed, therefore they charge extra. BEWARE!!! They want your hard earned money. You can get same work done more efficiently from other companies.

These guys installed a water heater for me and knowingly neglected to install the proper size propane line to go with it, causing major headaches. Their explanation was "most of the time we get away with that." Then they charged me an additional $200+ to fix the line, on top of the astronomical fee (which I had been told included everything) already paid for the installation. Needless to say, they've lost my business forever. Steer clear.
