vital signs not so vital

Vital Signs are very unprofessional and unorganized business.

I was not impressed with them at all. The Owner is unbelievably rude and he has no customer service skills at all. he has no personality and is completely miserable. He has no knowledge of his product or prices he is completely clueless. His employee is also unproffessional she does not show up for appointments, and they do not return your e-mails.

I will make sure I tell all my friends, family, and business contacts about this establishment. They should realize that there is alot of competition out there, not to mention the economy is terrible to turn away business they should try to accomodate customers, there's nothing like an unhappy customer. For every one you lose it is like losing six customers--that you'll never get. Bad news travels fast.
