This store has really gone down hill fast in the past year. Lots of sales items not available on the shelf. Long lines at the registers. The self scan registers are normally out of order. The service desk is always empty or your waiting for a long time for assistance there. The management at this store is nonexistant. I have yet to see any or when asked to speak with one they are not available. How convenient. They must know that there store is lousy....

I shop in this store for some basic items, produce, milk, baking items etc..The store itself looks clean, the layout of the store is awkward compared to most of the Shaws I've shopped at. The produce seemed wilted and less than edible or worth the price they were asking. The store layout is difficult to follow and hard to find items. Employees at the store are less than helpful if you can find one. The worst part of the store is the Management. Anytime I have had to request an item(as its out of stock or not on the shelf)The Store Manager is always rude and usually sends his assistant Store Manager to help out. This person is not helpful at all. All the Assistant Store Manager does is call the Grocery Manager. The Grocery Manager is always rude and never helpful. The Grocery Manager is always blaming the distributors or companies for shortages or a truck is late or some excuse. My favorite was they had the product that was on sale in the backroom but its the manufacter rep responsibility to put that product on the shelves not Shaws. This store would be better with new management or someone who cared about what the customer wanted.
