Was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had!!! Low moisture no chemicals and the spots never came back

The technician was excellent. So professional, polite and fast. He did an amazing job on my three rooms. I could not be more pleased. I have met three different technicians with Carpet Kings. I was referred to The Carpet Kings by my mother in law who has used them multiple time over the years to clean her carpets. Friendly, personable, and always gets back to me fairly quickly. The cleaning machine he uses is wonderful and I LOVE that it actually scrubs/washes the carpets. They always look like new when he is finished and stains I thought would never come up seem to magically disappear. And it is usually dry within an hour. I gladly refer The Carpet Kings to family, friends, and strangers and will continue to use him for as long as I have carpets!

My carpets look fantastic, I will definitely call them again. I also want to say the two men that came out were amazing! They were professional but also very personable. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt like they really cared about the job they did and made sure I was happy with everything. They were also very fast which I love.

Excellent job on apartment carpet! The young man was very professional, thorough, and expedient. I highly recommend them.

Very good customer service on the phone while making an appointment. Service in the home was respectful and efficient, pleasant man cleaning the carpet as well.

we had some pretty rough stains and places where the cat had accidents and Steve did a great job getting them up. if i didn't know better i would have thought it was new carpet. they are also so cheap for the quality cleaning that they offer, will definitely use them again.

So worth the money to get the carpets and upholstery clean without the harsh chemicals of other products. Heathy option for my whole family and animals. The friendly service and fast drying time were a PLUS! Two thumbs up!!!
