was given estimate for work to fix heater. they fixed the heater fine, but the final bill was $100 over quote. NOT HAPPY.

was not impressed. took me for $2000 worth of work that was not authorised. Found out from 2 other shops that the next step these guys wanted to take was a waist. the part they wanted to change next was perfectly fine. They were chasing their tail. the problem turned out to be 2 $100 parts. get second opinion, and make sure you sign something before they do work.
