U deserve never to be servant of the feline race. How dare you to opt on removing a cats most important assets of her life.

Dr. Gessner is a wonderful Vet. Always looking to what is best for our "Boys".

This is a one woman enterprise, apparently, I went there with my cat to have him declawed because her quote seemed reasonable. When I walked in, there wasn't a soul in sight. Finally someone came up, talking loudly on the phone. It was Dr. Gessner I found out later. She made a rude face at me & motioned for me to come in without so much as a "hello". She sent me into a room & shoved some paperwork at me. My cat was bewildered & howling, but instead of comforting him, she makes a rude face again, and says something like, 'whats wrong with your cat?' Then she left. 20 minutes later, she's still pacing the hallways outside & going on & on LOUDLY & laughing hysterically about some vacation she took. I couldn't believe it. I finally took my cat & just walked out of the front door. I don't think she even noticed. If she treated me so poorly, I can't imagine what she'd do to my cat. This was by far the most incredibly unprofessional, obnoxious individual I have come across...well, ever. I have nothing against this woman personally, but I have not exaggerated in my review of her "office". Please save yourselves the time, if not the money, and take your beloved pets elsewhere ~
