I gave this restaurant a one star rating because that's the least I was allowed. If I could have gocen it a lower rating, I would have. This is quite possibly the worst Burger King restaurant in the country. I've only been to this store 5 or 6 times, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE BEEN THERE they have gotten my order wrong AND overcharged me for the privilege of living with their mistakes. The restaurant is mismanaged, under-staffed, andas I recently found out when I went inside the establishment the last time I went, very dirty. I have made numerous attempts to speak to the manager. Each time the manager was conveniently not available. When I called the store to try to reach the manager via telephone I was automatically redirected to a corporate complaint line, who when pressed admitted that my complaints would not be passed along to the store in question, but rather sent to the corporate "operations center" where they would take the proper steps to ensure my complaints were "dealt with." After some digging I managed to find the actual store's telephone number, which I then called and let ring for nearly 15 minutes straight with no answer and no voice mail system. If you choose to eat here there is a very high probability that they will not only not get your order correct, they will also overcharge you. As if I needed further reason to believe in their utter ineptitude, I've spoken with other members of my family as well as several neighbors who have all had the same issues. Whoever runs this particular franchise should have it taken away immediately. It is complete garbage. And as far as I'm concerned, they're out of chances. I won't ever be going back, and I will make it a point to go out of my way to tell others what an awful experience it has been over and over again.
