I bought a sofa and love seat from here 18 months ago. This sofa has not held up at all. The cushions sink way down now. When I contacted the store, they referred me to service who referred me to lazy boy who said I should have upgraded my foam( which was never given as an option at purchase) . If I knew this is how it would hold up, I would have went to Rooms to Go and spent a lot less money. I called the store back and they won't do anything. There are no children in my household and my husband is only home 2 days a week so I feel like this sofa should have held up better. The sofa still looks brand new until you sit on it
