I'm sorry about your experience, Annie J. I have always had amazing service from Happy Horse. I'd bought from Happy Horse when the business opened up 10 years ago. 7 years ago, I moved to Tennessee and have now returned this summer. Marty remembered me, my horses, and even remembered my name. When I brought my 4 horses down from Tennessee in July, due to heat and change in feed, my older draft horse wasn't maintaining his weight. After a very informative discussion with the owner of Happy Horse about different grains she recommended (we went with a higher fat grain) and upping his protein with a wonderful orchard and alfalfa blend hay she carries, he now looks and acts like his old self. I, again, buy all my hay and grain from her, as well as miscellaneous tack and gifts, and will continue to in the future. She also has the lowest prices and the freshest hay. What's not to love? Thank you to Marty, she's very knowledgeable and I had no trouble connecting or communicating with her.
