At Infinity Yoga and Ayurveda we offer a variety of yoga classes to accommodate all levels of experience and interest including: Warm Power Vinyasa, Yoga Fusion, Restorative Yoga, Chill Yoga, SUP yoga and Yoga Calm for Children. Owner, Stephanie Testa, is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Practitioner. Ayurveda is the world's oldest form of medicine, incorporating a holistic, natural approach to health, healing, diet, lifestyle, and overall well being. Private consultations and counseling sessions are available by appointment. Infinity Yoga is located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, just steps from the ocean. In addition to a variety of yoga classes and Ayurvedic Lifestyle counseling, Infinity also offers guided meditation, massage and a yoga boutique. The large, well-appointed studio features high quality padded, antimicrobial, slip-resistant flooring for your comfort.
