THIS PLACE IS UNSANITARY! They serve ice cream cones using their unsanitized hands touching your cone- yes, the one you're about to eat! GROSS!!!



They do not wear gloves when handling their ice cream cones, especially when dipping their cones in chocolate & when handing it over to the customers. They serve it holding the cone w/ their hands, not even holding it by the paper wrapped around the cone like most other ice cream shops... I wouldn't have mind if they held it by the cone where the paper wrap was but they didn't! DISGUSTING!!! THAT'S UNSANITARY!!! Isn't that against health regulations?



When I asked them about it, the cashier said they always serve it like that & that they wash their hands. Yes, ok, you wash your hands but then you touch the register & handle cash. We all know what you can find on cash (feces & other disgusting stuff)... If you don't know, then you don't want to know b/c it's gross! Well, the cashier went to the back to let the manager on duty know & all of a sudden, it was a BIG deal to them that I asked for another one. So, I guess the manager felt it was better for him to serve me my new ice cream cone... And, NO, he didn't say a word, he just handed it to me w/out any apologies and had a very nasty look while serving it to me. HOW RUDE! I WAS OUTRAGED BY THE NASTY LOOK HE GAVE ME!!! Sorry but you need GLOVES when handling food like that or just don't touch the cone I'm about to eat! Not a fan & will NEVER go back!!! I'd actually would give them a NEGATIVE (-) 100.



Btw: I did not even eat the ice cream cone. Who knows what the disgruntled manager did to my ice cream cone behind the wall!!! And my family got sick from eating their stuff... It was a miserable evening w/ the kids getting sick all night... Never again!



**Make sure they don't put their filthy hands on your food!
