I like the store and I bought a lot of Christmas gifts there to the tune of $200. I went today to return something and because the return was over $20 (it was $29.99) the manager, MARIA had to be called over to the register by the cashier to "approve" the return. This manager took a while to get over to us and she was clearly so annoyed because "you (I) was holding up the line of customers behind me. She was also shouting at me. Really? That's not what I expected at all. She does not belong working in public OR as a MANAGER. I don't believe I will ever return to this store. It is a shame too because I am a local who has lived 2 miles from this store for nearly eleven years.
