Excellent service and support. I have a 30 year old pool that came with the house we just purchased and needed some love. After calling 5 pool companies to provide estimates on opening and resurfacing Buddy Jr. came and we discussed all of the options. His estimate and willingness to work with my budget reached far beyond the other overpriced options. I almost gave up resurfacing my pool until I came across Buddy's. He worked with me and my budget so I could save money and still get something that would last our family a lifetime. Throughout the whole process Buddy Jr. was responsive, easy to work with, informative, and even came to the house a few times to ensure I was able to maintain the pool appropriately to ensure the new plaster will last for years to come. I am still new to maintaining an in-ground pool but I will always be able to count on the knowledgeable experts at Buddy's to get me through my challenges.

Don't bother - they certainly don't .



Buddy's Pool doesn't respond to phone calls, Buddy's Pool doesn't follow through on their work, Buddy's Pool doesn't follow up on their work, Buddy's Pool doesn't care about the customer and doesn't provide ANY customer service. Buddy's Pool tells you what you want to hear on the phone - and consistently doesn't deliver.



Buddy's Pool takes your money by billing months in advance, Buddy's Pool makes big mistakes, Buddy's Pool needs to hire more competent help, Buddy's Pool need to be more reputable,



If I was still using Buddy's (which I'm not) I'd be waiting for the pool to be swimmable in a few years !

I have used Buddy's Pool Sevice for several years now but have had numerous problems whenever they closed my pool. This year I wrote them a lengthy letter detailing all the problems, visited personally, and followed up with emails and phone calls and haven't heard a thing. They obviously do not care about their clients and must have too many to offer to fix situations that resulted from their workmanship. Now I'm looking for a new pool maintenance company.
