RUDE & CONDESCENDING BRANCH MANAGER! Terrible attitude from the start.Would not help me with a problem I had with unauthorized charges. NBT charges huge penalty fees for overdraft that I was attempting to avoid.

The branch manager clearly felt to superior to be bothered helping me. I had two unauthorized charges and she couldn't be bothered to see if I had others. Rude beyond words. This bank is notorious for not notifying you if you become over drawn so they can collect huge fees!!!
