The doctor was professional and great. The office staff is horrible and the billing department is even worse. Trying to get ahold of someone is almost impossible and their voice mail says they will call within 48 hours. They don't pay any attention to your insurance and will send your test/blood work to who ever they feel like. When you call to have the matter resolved they blame everyone but themselves and say they will talk to their representative about it and never do. I switched to a new doctor and the new doctor has send a request for medical history over 4 times in the past 4 months receiving confirmation that Women to Women has received it but they pretend like they never receive anything. This office is a joke. The people are rude and have attitudes about everything and won't do anything to help you out. I now have to pay a $400 bill for a pap smear that my insurance would have covered if they sent it to the right place. There is no effort what so ever on their part.

called made an apt. i asked if this was brandywine obgyn the voice on the phone said were better than then brandywine obgyn i said wow they were ok with me personally so this practice must better .little did i know they were putting it on for their boss who must have been in ear shot while i was making my apt.i told the young lady i was pregnant took a test from the dollar store was positive. she said i already made your apt. so mention that when you come in for your exam. so i said ok .then i get a call telling me my apt. was that monday so im there 15min. ahead of time n was asked what is your name i told them they said your apt. is next week sorry i left still felling discomfort in my vaginal area with a fishy smell wondering if the baby is okay i have an abusive husband n high blood pressure n had a stroke in the past .so next week is today i was 30min. late mind you my last apt. i waited 45 min. before i went in the to wait another 15 min. im wrong for showing up late you were wrong for telling me to show up when i didnt have sn apt. another pt. comes from seeing the Dr. and stands directly behind me n i asked to speak to someone i was having a problem she said in front of the other pt.what kind of problem i said well this isnt a bank im having a vagnal female problem she said yea what kind i said what happened to hippa she said i didnt see her could it b were all invisable if that wasnt enough i asked to make a complaint called the manager the first thing did was scold me for being 30min. late n there policy told her all the above n added that i was cursed out in recptionist native tounge n even had the radio on their native tounge station. i got two more calls one said they would help after telling me about being late missed her call back so i called back the hotline who did i get same ones from office if your not guilty of treating me like crap while i already feel like it then y r you calling everyone to make sure they all got your back.undoubtly they do. this is worse than brandywine obgyn @ least i was never treated like i didnt matter. its a no brainer for me if they cant take 5 min. to swab me for vaginal bacteria to give me comfort as a fellow women no matter what my ethnic back ground. the last child i had blue cross blue sheild ppo paid out over 35,000 i had a great repore with my Dr. n deliverd all my children by c.section sent all other family n church members to him he paid off his school loans in no time he didnt break a sweat when malpractice ins. went threw the roof because he knew it started with the front lines they were all compassionate with a caring flare no more will i pay for bad service. if they are willing to cover up not trying to treat a bactria infection. what lenghts what they go to cover up other lazy work habits that ulamitely fall on the Dr. ins. n they get paid for that. wont trust you with my baby if you go there n you r putting your unborn @ risk.
