We used Simmers Builders for a 2 story addition for in law suite, the started and completed the job on time. Price was very reasonable and materials were of high quality. They have carpenters with a great quality of skills and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results and have referred to multiple people. DM

Overall installation was quite good however the materials (except siding which we selected) were only builder grade. Doors don't shut or lock properly, 36" windows don't open even 12" to fit an air conditioner and builder was aware we used/required window units. Also, very poor at communication and being punctual. If you use this company and your hoping for a quality result, be sure to select all your own materials! And be prepared to make lots of phone calls.
