Quick turnaround on my delivery service and all my clothes smelled like peaches! :) I like the fact I can text them for updates.

Disappointed does not even begin to express!!!!



I took my son's Boy Scout uniform in three weeks ago... Was supposed to get it back within a week. Since that time, Orth lost the uniform... then told me they found it and would have it to the store... failed to have it at the store when promised and promised to deliver it to my home... And now, again, they have apparently lost it. It was not delivered. Wow!!!!

Disappointed.



Took a bit longer than was quoted, but more importantly, the reason I brought the pants in was because of a moth ball smell. The person at the counter assured me that dry cleaning would remove the odor. When I picked them up, they still smelled the same and another person at the counter told me that dry cleaning doesn't get moth ball smell out.



She concluded that the first person didn't know what she was talking about. She then told me try using dryer sheets for a few days.



$7.50 to be advised to use dryer sheets.

Hi Jennifer! I'm so sorry for the bad experience that you had with us. We really don't like losing a customer like yourself and hope that you give us another chance to prove why we've been in business since 1927. Your next cleaning is on us!

Very poor service when they make a mistake. I was a weekly customer at the West Chester Orth Cleaners, but no longer. They ruined two business shirts (unexplained stains), but refused to take responsibility. They blamed the customer! Had a college student call me to tell me they would not reimburse. This is no family run business, owner is non-existent. Can NOT recommend doing business at Orth!
