They had to replace the fender and repair the door, also had a spider mark in the back bumper cover fixed. When I got my car back after A1 worked on it, a couple days later, on a bright sunny day I noticed the spider mark they fixed looked like they put filler over it and painted it. Then the door they repaired wasn't aligned properly and had a crease by the back of the door handle. Looked it over further, I had two bolts missing from the fender. I said about the crease to them. Right off the bat the guy said it was probably from someone trying to close the door the rest of the way by hitting the door handle with the palm of their hand. I never thought of that because I never done that with my vehicles. They probably put that crease there because they were in a rush to finish and the door not being aligned properly didn't close all the way. They probably hit it with there hand to try to close it. They didn't fix that because they were implying i did it. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

The guys that work at this place are so nice.. I have taken several of our vehicles to them. They do a great job and communicate with you all the way. It has always been a pleasure dealing with them.
