high rates and won't allow the tax paying residents of fremont go any where else to get trash service

I don't know what changed but over the last year they have skipped picking up trash at our house and have broke the trash container they supply 2 times then take a month to replace the trash container!!! If I could give less than one star I would!!!! Looking into finding a new trash pick up company and yes I pay my bill on time every time I have automatic payments set up through my bank!

poor service you pay them to pick up your trash when you call them they say its not your day for pickup so you wait for the day that they claim is your day a week later and they still don't pick it up i live by lake Erie in sandusky,ohio so i pay a high rate of $75 every 3 months for what so my garbage can sit outside of my house on the curb?
